I attended a personality development training a few days back by one of the top earners of a wellness company I am a distributor of. She recommended to read "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne and apply its plan for 28 days. This has worked well for her, as well as others who have applied what is taught on this book.
Today I am embarking on a new and exciting journey of self-awareness. I am starting the 28 day program called “The Magic” by Rhonda Byrne. Rhonda is one of the founders of the book the Secret and has written a new book called the Magic.
The Magic is based on the principle of gratitude and how if you are not thankful for what you have or have received in the past, you will not be able to receive in your future. I strongly believe that all things are created by God for you and me to use and and enjoy and it is just right to be thankful and grateful for ALL blessings we receive. So many times we take things for granted in our lives and then when it is gone realize too late what we had.
After attending that training, I realized that I still have so many things to develop in me. So I decided that this was the perfect time in my life to start a positive journey of self-reflection and to manifest positive gratitude into my life.
I will be chronicling the 28 day process here on my blog as well as sharing the daily lessons with you. Join me if you would like to manifest happiness, gratitude and abundance into your life.
This program is designed to be over 28 consecutive days and has practices that are either morning, afternoon or night. If you do not want to do all 28 you can pick and choose one but do it three days or an entire week for a full effect of the magic. So without further ado here is magic practice for day 1, Count Your Blessings.
Magical Practice Day 1-Count Your Blessings
1.) First thing in the morning make a list of ten blessings in your life that you are grateful for.
2.) Write why you are grateful for each blessing.
3.) Go back and read your list, either in your mind or out loud. When you are done saying them out loud, at the end of each one say the magic words Thank You three times. Make sure you reflect and feel the gratitude for each blessing. Repeat for each one of the blessings.
4.) Repeat the first three steps of this magical practice every morning for the next 27 days.
5.) Read tomorrow’s magical practice today.
